Federal Reserve To Be Given Sweeping New Powers
Bankers get what they lobbied for, media reports total lack of transparency as "regulation"

The privately owned and run Federal Reserve is to be handed sweeping new powers under Obama administration proposals in a deal that will please bankers who lobbied for more Fed "oversight" of their activities.

The new rules would see the Fed given the authority to "regulate" any company whose activity it believes could threaten the economy and the markets.

"The final plan due to be released on Wednesday -- which originally aimed to streamline and consolidate banking and securities regulation in one or two agencies -- now is expected to sidestep most jurisdictional disputes and simply impose across the board standards to be applied by all financial regulators, according to administration and industry sources, " reports the Washington Times.

In other words, the Fed, which is already totally unaccountable to Congress, is to be placed in complete control of the entirety of the US financial system, to do as it wishes without repercussion.

Remember Why You Are Here

A Message from ONE- Emissaries of Light

You were once at one with the Source of all things. Not separate from the All or each other.

Then you chose to experience life on the dimension of awareness and consciousness you now inhabit.

Separating yourself from the All and Source of all things you created polarity and duality.

Positive and negative, good and bad, fear and love in order to experience your present human form.

Your incarnation began with the intention of love and eagerness to live here on Earth

Your Universal wisdom and awareness were already inside of you, a spirit of Light experiencing the Human self.

Once your mind was free to play and imagine infinite possibilities until the indoctrination into your worlds present paradigm was forced upon you by your family and your familys community.

You were instructed on how to speak using the local language of your fathers.

You were instructed on how to look, to act, to behave and how to think.

Your connection with who you really are all but erased in order to please the powers that be.

And you began to trust and believe these were the proper and sane things to do and align yourself with.

Never knowing the intention or history of the very language you used or roles you play in your society.

Yet, the entire time you had a voice within you that was always telling you different.

Alarming you when you felt oppressed or were forced into certain roles you did not feel an inclination to portray.

You knew and still know these false roles and beliefs were not in accordance with your true being.

And why not?

The reality is that your planet Earth has been infiltrated and is now governed by some very misguided and to but it bluntly, evil people with harm to humans as the intention of all their actions.

Your water, air and lands are being poisoned.

You are being mentally numbed into accepting poisons into your body through the many man made chemicals that are fed to you, injected into you and sometimes willingly swallowed by you through the propaganda of calling it medicine.

You have been made to believe there is nothing you can do and that the problem is too big.

So you just submit and allow yourself to be distracted by the many diversions presented to you through the state run media.

Your world is at war with itself slaughtering millions of your brothers and sisters.

Your militaries are changing the very electro magnetic field of the Earth that protect you and create the very balance that allows life on earth to be possible.

Some of your human brothers and sisters are being enslaved through economic oppression.

All the while your gut knows this not in accordance with your true being and your reason for being here, experiencing life as a human.

Remember why youre here on planet Earth.

Remember what you truly are as a spirit incarnate.

Remember Source.

Remember us.

Remember you.

Remember and help other to remember.

For no matter how positive your outlook or how high you may raise your personal vibration.

At this present time,

You and your planet are on a path to self annihilation and destruction.

Very soon your air will be too polluted to breathe and the state will turn it into a commodity.

As they, the rulers of the world have done with your water and food supplies.

Very soon.

Very soon.

We share this with you not to scare or alarm you,

But to remind you of why you came here and what is here around you on planet Earth.

Allow yourself to be free of the self imposed bondage they have tricked you into accepting and return to the Light of Source.

Remember

Just remember.

For you are the savior this planet has been waiting for.

False Flag Alert!- WHO declares H1N1 official flu pandemic

GENEVA — The World Health Organization declared a swine flu pandemic Thursday — the first global flu epidemic in 41 years — as infections in the United States, Europe, Australia, South America and elsewhere climbed to nearly 30,000 cases. The long-awaited pandemic announcement is scientific confirmation that a new flu virus has emerged and is quickly circling the globe. WHO will now ask drugmakers to speed up production of a swine flu vaccine. The declaration will also prompt governments to devote more money toward efforts to contain the virus. WHO chief Dr. Margaret Chan made the announcement Thursday after the U.N. agency held an emergency meeting with flu experts. Chan said she was moving the world to phase 6 — the agency's highest alert level — which means a pandemic, or global epidemic, is under way. "The world is moving into the early days of its first influenza pandemic in the 21st century," Chan told reporters. "The (swine flu) virus is now unstoppable." On Thursday, WHO said 74 countries had reported 28,774 cases of swine flu, including 144 deaths. Chan described the virus as "moderate." According to WHO's pandemic criteria, a global outbreak has begun when a new flu virus begins spreading in two world regions. The agency has stressed that most cases are mild and require no treatment, but the fear is that a rash of new infections could overwhelm hospitals and health authorities — especially in poorer countries. Still, about half of the people who have died from swine flu were previously young and healthy — people who are not usually susceptible to flu. Swine flu is also crowding out regular flu viruses. Both features are typical of pandemic flu viruses. The last pandemic — the Hong Kong flu of 1968 — killed about 1 million people. Ordinary flu kills about 250,000 to 500,000 people each year. Reactions to the World Health Organization's declaration of a flu pandemic must be grounded in science and avoid discrimination, U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said Thursday, vowing coordinated and effective U.N. action. "We must guard against rash and discriminatory actions such as travel bans or trade restrictions," Ban told a news conference at U.N. headquarters. Swine flu is also continuing to spread during the start of summer in the northern hemisphere. Normally, flu viruses disappear with warm weather, but swine flu is proving to be resilient. The decision might have been made much earlier if WHO had more accurate information about swine flu's rising sweep through Europe. Chan said she called the emergency meeting with flu experts after concerns were raised that some countries like Britain were not accurately reporting their cases. After Thursday's meeting, Chan said the experts agreed there was wider spread of swine flu than what was being reported. Chan would not say which country tipped the world into the pandemic, but said all countries and experts were agreed that it was time to declare a global outbreak. WHO said it was now recommending that flu vaccine makers start making swine flu vaccine. Drug giant GlaxoSmithKline PLC said they could start large-scale production of pandemic vaccine in July but that it would take several months before large quantities would be available. Many health experts say WHO's pandemic declaration could have come weeks earlier but the agency became bogged down by politics. In May, several countries urged WHO not to declare a pandemic, fearing it would cause social and economic turmoil. "This is WHO finally catching up with the facts," said Michael Osterholm, a flu expert at the University of Minnesota who has advised the U.S. government on pandemic preparations. Despite WHO's hopes, Thursday's announcement will almost certainly spark panic about spread of swine flu in some countries. Fear has already gripped Argentina, where thousands of people worried about swine flu flooded into hospitals this week, bringing emergency health services in the capital of Buenos Aires to the brink of collapse. Last month, a bus arriving in Argentina from Chile was stoned by people who thought a passenger on it had swine flu. Chile has the most swine flu cases in South America, and the southern hemisphere is moving into its winter flu season. In Hong Kong on Thursday, the government ordered all kindergartens and primary schools closed for two weeks after a dozen students tested positive for swine flu — a move that some experts would consider an overreaction. The decision affected over half a million students. In the United States, where there have been more than 13,000 cases and at least 27 deaths from swine flu, officials at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said the move would not change how the U.S. tackled swine flu. "Our actions in the past month have been as if there was a pandemic in this country," Glen Nowak, a CDC spokesman, said Thursday. The U.S. government has already taken steps like increasing availability of flu-fighting medicines and authorizing $1 billion for the development of a new vaccine against the novel virus. In addition, new cases seem to be declining in many parts of the country, U.S. health officials say, as North America moves out of its traditional winter flu season. Still, New York City reported three more swine flu deaths Thursday, including one child under 2. In Mexico, where the epidemic was first detected, the outbreak peaked in April. Mexico now has less than 30 cases reported a day, down from an average of 300, Health Secretary Jose Angel Cordova told The Associated Press. Mexico has confirmed 6,337 cases, including 108 deaths. Cordova said he is concerned that other countries are not taking drastic measures to stop its spread like Mexico, which closed schools, restaurants, theaters, and canceled public events after the government detected the epidemic in late April. Many experts said the declaration of a pandemic did not mean the virus was getting deadlier. "People might imagine a virus is now going to rush in and kill everyone," said John Oxford, a professor of virology at St. Bart's and Royal London Hospital. "That's not going to happen." But Oxford said the swine flu virus might evolve into a more dangerous strain in the future. "That is always a possibility with influenza viruses," he said. "We have to watch very carefully to see what this virus does." The Associated Press and Reuters contributed to this report.

Federal Court rules States can ignore US Constitution

By JESS BRAVIN (Wall Street Journal) A federal appeals court in Chicago ruled Tuesday that the Second Amendment doesn't bar state or local governments from regulating guns, adopting the same position that Judge Sonia Sotomayor, President Barack Obama's nominee to the Supreme Court, did when faced with the same question earlier this year. Last year, the U.S. Supreme Court cited the Second Amendment to strike down a handgun ban adopted in 1976 by the Washington, D.C., City Council. The court, by a 5-4 vote, found that the amendment protected from federal infringement an individual right to "keep and bear arms." The decision applied only to the District of Columbia, a federal enclave that is not a state. It left open whether the amendment also limits the powers of state government. A string of 19th century Supreme Court decisions limited application of the Bill of Rights to state governments. During the 20th century, the Supreme Court held that certain constitutional rights, but not the Second Amendment, could be enforced against the states. Gun-rights groups challenged ordinances in Chicago and Oak Park, Ill., as unconstitutional in light of the Supreme Court's decision last year. A federal district judge rejected their arguments, a decision affirmed Tuesday by the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Writing for a three-judge panel, Judge Frank Easterbrook observed that an 1886 Supreme Court decision limited the Second Amendment to the federal government. While that decision might be a "fossil," the lower courts have no power to overrule a Supreme Court opinion even if they suspect the high court may be inclined to do so itself. It was "hard to predict" what the Supreme Court would do should it consider the question in future, Judge Easterbrook wrote. Judge Easterbrook and the two other Seventh Circuit judges were all appointed by Republican presidents. Judge Easterbrook wrote that they agreed with an unsigned Second Circuit opinion that in January rejected a Second Amendment challenge to a New York state law barring possession of nunchuka sticks, a martial arts weapon. That panel, in New York, included Judge Sotomayor and two other judges appointed by President Bill Clinton. In San Francisco, however, a Ninth Circuit panel earlier this year held that the Second Amendment applies to state governments, even as it upheld a local ordinance banning guns from county property. One judge was appointed by a Republican president, the other two by Democrats. Were they to follow the Ninth Circuit's reasoning, Supreme Court "decisions could be circumvented with ease," Judge Easterbrook wrote. "They would bind only judges too dim-witted to come up with a novel argument." The split among the circuits increases the likelihood that the Supreme Court will step in decide the Second Amendment's application to state weapons laws. If confirmed to the Supreme Court, Judge Sotomayor would not be bound by prior high court decisions and could provide her own analysis of the Second Amendment's application.
